1. Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

2. Acknowledgment
These are the Terms of Service governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms set out the rights and obligations of all users.

The names, likenesses, music, videos, artwork, and other intellectual property of the Artists represented by the Company are used on this Service with permission and are the property of the respective Artists and/or their licensors. Your use of the Service grants you no right or license to reproduce or otherwise use any of the Company’s or our Artists' trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any Content obtained from the Service without our prior written consent.

5. Prohibited Uses
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the Service:

towards other users, the Artists, or Company staff.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Chrome Entertainment, such as streaming platforms, ticket vendors, and social media sites.
We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy
policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Chrome Entertainment shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content or services.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend Your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms. Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
